Duties of Maintenance
1. Responsible for maintenance project design, construction, supervision unit bidding and contract negotiation and signing;
2. Responsible for the application of the designated repair project of the university;
3. According to the construction project management regulations, perform the duties of Party A on behalf of the university;
4. Do a good job of maintenance during the project warranty period;
5. Participate in the project demonstration and feasibility study, design, bidding, etc. of infrastructure projects;
6. Participate in the review of infrastructure projects, maintenance project contracts, etc.;
7. Undertake the construction management of new projects when necessary;
8. Responsible for the completion and acceptance of maintenance projects and final accounts for review;
9. Complete other tasks assigned.
